Joe Hart Officially Joined Burnley

DBasia.news – Manchester City are officially releasing Joe Hart to Burnley. The 31-year-old goalkeeper signed the two-year-contract.

Joe Hart is no longer the main goalkeeper of Man City since the 2016-2017 season. Ever since the British player often loaned to some clubs like Torino and West Ham United.

The situation made Joe Hart wanted to leave. Moreover, Man City manager Pep Guardiola couldn’t guarantee his position due to tight competition. The issue said Burnley got the 31-year-old with £3,5M.

“It’s been a fantastic experience, I’ve grown a lot. I came here at 19 and I’m going to leave at 31 so it’s been a long time and a lot of things have happened – family, friends and a lot of football!” Hart told CityTV.

“I certainly feel a lot of love and appreciation,” the former Torino goalkeeper said.

Meanwhile, Manchester City boss, Khaldoon Al Mubarak stated his thank you to Hart.

“His 12 years at the club have seen him produce some remarkable performances and heart-stopping saves that will live in the memory for a long time to come,” Al Mubarak said.

During his performance with Manchester City, Joe Hart won 5 titles including 2 Premier League titles.

“His passion for and commitment to this club, evidenced by a remarkable tally of 348 appearances, means he will rightly be regarded as a City legend in perpetuity,” he added.

“I want to personally thank him for everything he has given to us over very many years and he leaves with (owner) Sheikh Mansour’s and my heartfelt best wishes for the next step in his career.”
