Jose Mourinho On Christian Eriksen’s Future
By db-admin
DBasia.news – Jose Mourinho admitted that Tottenham Hotspur midfielder, Christian Eriksen, will be without a club at the end of this season.
This statement by Jose Mourinho is inseparable from Christian Eriksen’s contract, which was extended. At the same time, this raises the speculation regarding his future. Moreover, he was always associated with a move to Real Madrid.
With the rest of the Danish midfielder’s contract remaining only a few more months, Mourinho was again asked about the future of one of his best players. But he was unable to say much.
“I do not want to assume and I cannot comment. The only thing I can say now is that he will be free of charge at the end of the season. “Of course I have talked to him but I cannot share anything as I respect the players,” said the coach as reported by AS, Saturday (12/07/2019).
“At the moment he remains my mainstay player in midfield. The contract does not affect anything, including his performance in the field, “he continued.
Of course the statement of the former Manchester United coach seemed to be opening the exit for Christian Eriksen. However, it would be unfortunate if he left Tottenham Hotspur for free. Especially last season he was offered 60 million pounds by Real Madrid.
