His relationship issues with a few players like Paul Pogba or Anthony Martial also heats up the scene until the final 1-3 defeat from Liverpool on December 18th 2018 , Mourinho officially leaves The Red Devils.

Although he failed to lift United’s achievements, it did not make the Portugese reluctant to be unemployed. According to Calciomercatos’ report, Mourinho is now said to be very eager to come back to the managerial world and coach his old club, Inter Milan

Mourinho seems to be serious on his desire to return and coach Nerazzuri. The agent, Jorge Mendes is also rumoured to have started his contract with two club officials, Beppe Marotta and Piero Ausillio.

As known, the inconsistency Mauro Icardi and his teammates showed in recent times also made the team manager, Luciano Splaetti be in an uncomfortable position. Even many predict the Italian will immediately withdraw at the end of the season.
