Jurgen Klopp doesn’t want Liverpool to Quickly Celebrate

Liverpool are firmly at the top of the 2019-2020 Premier League standings. The Reds are undefeated and only achieved one draw at the event.

Currently, Liverpool are 16 points ahead of their closest competitor, Manchester City. Worse yet, the Reds still has a match delay which has the opportunity to increase the advantage to 19 points.

However, Jurgen Klopp believes it is not the time for Liverpool to celebrate. The German manager reminded his squad of the conditions of the previous few seasons.

“There is no 10, 15, 8 percent in my brain about celebrating the title. There is no thought at all about that. After the match against Wolves, I met the players,” Jurgen Klopp stated.

“Liverpool doesn’t have time to make judgments. We immediately analyze the next opponent and immediately make everything. It’s not about forgetting what’s important.”

“I am happy with the Liverpool players, we are in a good place. However, we also got a good place last season and the previous season, when we won nothing,” he added.

If Jurgen Klopp succeeded in bringing Liverpool to win the Premier League, it would break the thirst for the title. For 30 years the Reds have yet to win the highest title in England.
