DBasia.news – Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp is unsure the Reds can keep their undefeated record this season.
This season’s Premier League has been running for 11 weeks. So far, Liverpool have not even been defeated. With details of 10 wins and only one draw.
The latest, The Reds has continued to gain three points against Aston Villa. In fact, Juergen Klopp’s aplayers had seemed to be experiencing a 0-1 defeat at Villa Park on Saturday (11/02/2019).
However, Andrew Robertson’s goal in the 87th minute and Sadio Mane (90 ‘+ 4) turned things around. Yes, the Reds not only avoided a defeat, but also managed to reap a victory.
In the history of the English League only Arsenal have ever made miracles. Arsene Wenger’s team were able to be invincible throughout the season in the 2003-04 season.
Having a chance to repeat Arsenal’s record, Juergen Klopp claimed not to have these ambitions. He does not believe his team could make such an achievement.
“It is not possible if you play like we did until conceding against Aston Villa. We didn’t’t look bad, just the opposite. However, that is not the champion mentality we need, “Juergen Klopp stated as quoted by Sky Sports.
“Undefeated all season is something that might be impossible. We also don’t think about that. For us the most important thing is how to win the next game, “he added.
