Klinsmann’s Debut with Hertha Ends in a Draw

DBasia.news –  Eintracht Frankfurt revived from being left behind with two goals to foil coach Juergen Klinsmann’s chance to win the inaugural victory with Hertha Berlin. The match ended with 2-2.

Two minutes later Frankfurt was able to reduce the gap when Martin Hinteregger continued Toure’s header to break down Hertha’s goal guarded by Kraft.

The former Bayern Munich goalkeeper continued to be conceded moments later, when he dismissed the ball into his own net, but Andre Silva was said to have commited a foul and the goal was unvalidated.

Frankfurt was able to pack an equalizing goal after Hinteregger steered a corner kick at Sebastian Rode at the far post to be passed into Hertha’s goal.
