Klopp’s message to Minamino

DBasia.news –  Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp revealed the message he was conveying to his new signing, Takumi Minamino. He advised that the Japanese player could appear as crazy as when defending Red Bull Salzburg.

Klopp stressed Minamino did not need to change himself immediately joined Liverpool, because he did recruit players who were seen as impressive with Salzburg.

“We are recruiting players with what he shows in Salzburg, he doesn’t need to change at the moment, just show himself,” Klopp said.

“We had a chance to talk, I told him that we recruited Takumi Minamino Salzburg players who play crazy against us and have high confidence,” he added.

Klopp said he did not set a deadline for Minamino to adapt, but Liverpool’s current conditions indeed require the player to melt faster so he can immediately contribute.

“In a period like now, it is impossible for us to wait 15 weeks before playing it. We are still learning from each other that must be done,” he said.
