Leicester City Humiliates Man City 5-2, Jamie Vardy Sets Hattrick

Manchester City continued to sink after James Maddison scored a spectacular goal in the 77th minute. Curved shot from outside the penalty box was unable to reach Ederson.

Nathan Ake had time to keep Manchester City’s hopes up through his goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately that effort was in vain as Leicester scored again four later.

The referee again awarded a penalty for the third time after Benjamin Mendy fouled Maddison. Youri Tielemans, who this time came forward as executor without difficulty conquering Ederson.

The 5-2 score for Leicester’s victory lasted until the game ended. The Foxes shot to the top of the standings after winning three times in a row.

While this result is a nightmare for Manchester City and Pep Guardiola. It felt like it had been a long time since they lost with such a striking score and it happened at home.
