Less Creative in Playing, Arsenal Will Recruit Three Players to Increase It

By db-admin

DBasia.news – Lack of creativity is considered to be the main factor in Arsenal’s decline this season. The January 2021 transfer market is also said to be crucial.

Currently, the Gunners have swallowed seven defeats from the 13 matches they have played in the Premier League. As a result they slumped to 15th place in the standings.

Arsenal technical director Edu has not dismissed Mikel Arteta’s side lacking a creative midfielder, after Mesut Ozil was not included in the plans. Imagine, Cannon Lonodn only scored 10 goals this season.

Therefore, Edu said Arsenal’s transfer plan in January was “quite clear”. Because Arsenal already know their needs.

“It’s quite clear what we need. We need players with creativity in the middle. We don’t have that in the squad now,” Edu said as quoted by Talkspor.

A number of names are predicted to be the target of Arsenal for this position. Porto midfielder Fabio Viera is said to be Arteta’s target. The 20-year-old player is priced at Porto at 27 million pounds.

The player who is also the target of Arsenal is Houssem Aouar from Lyon. This player has long been linked with Arsenal, but failed to be caught.

Another name that is also mentioned is Isco Alarcon. The Spanish midfielder is starting to find a place at Real Madrid and Arsenal are ready to accommodate him.
