Lucas Paqueta

DBasia.news –  Lucas Paqueta is rumored to be the new player of AC Milan in the upcoming winter transfer market.

Paqueta was initially rumored to join Valencia. Reportedly, Flamengo and Valencia have been talking about his transfer.

Milan were interested in Paqueta due to the similarity with Ricardo Kaka, the former Brasil player who supported Milan.

But, there was a significant difference between Paqueta and Kaka if we dig deeper. Leaving Europe, both players were at the same age, but Kaka had more experiences.

With Sao Paolo, Kaka played in the main squad for two years. It enriched his experience, solidity, and identity.

Meanwhile, Paqueta hasn’t reached 100 matches with Flamengo. Besides, Paqueta also didn’t acquire the training method’s consistency due to six manager changes.

Ricardo Kaka

Initially, Paqueta was plotted as the bomber when Paolo Guerrero performed with the national team, not too long after Guerrero absent due to a doping case.

Next, there was an effort to put Paqueta on the right sector. He was assumed as a talented midfielder in the 4-2-3-1 scheme.

Next, Flamengo coach, Dorival Junior, placed Paqueta behind the striker. In that position, he could maximize the capability to create long-ball, to win the air duel, and to avoid the guard from the opponents.

But, Paqueta also has flaws. The 21-year-old player often considered losing control, indiscipline, and weak in building the defense Besides, Paqueta also often seemed weak when the team are changing from defense to attack, vice versa.

Currently, Lucas Paqueta is driving his way to Ricardo Kaka’s pathway. But, he drives faster than his senior.
