DBasia.news –  Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez have been working hard in the practice session before the match against Arsenal. The hard work paid off because Sanchez scored the goal to Arsenal.

Manchester United eliminated Arsenal after winning 3-1 on the fourth round of FA Cup at Emirates Stadium, Friday (25/1). Alexis Sanchez initiated the goal at 31′. Meanwhile, two other goals came from Jesse Lingard (33′) and Anthony Martial (82′).

The goal against Arsenal might be different for Sanchez. No wonder, previously, the former Udinese player defended The Gunners.

Lukaku thinks he has predicted Sanchez would score the goal to Arsenal since the practice session. Moreover, previously, The Gunners wing-defender is known for his attacking contribution.

“I told him in training, ‘Listen, you’re going to score’,” Lukaku said cited by the club’s official website.

“I said to him I’d give him the ball as long as he ran inside if I couldn’t shoot. I said to him, ‘Just run in and I’ll find you’.  I think you could see,” Lukaku said.

“We knew they would leave space for me and Alexis with the full-backs pushing on. I think we could have scored two or three more goals, to be honest, but 3-1 at Arsenal is very good,” Lukaku explained.

Despite the goalless situation, Romelu Lukaku is the MVP of the match against Arsenal with 55% vote. It’s related to his two assists.
