DBasia.news – Brasilian wing striker, Malcom, was the goal scorer for FC Barcelona to Inter Milan in the fourth match of Group B Champions League (6/11). He became the super-sub through his goal in the second half after leaving the bench.

Barcelona played dominantly despite the away team status. Ernesto Valverde squad scored 65 percent ball possession. Also, the recent 26 efforts created by El Barca players.

However, Barcelona faced a difficulty in penetrating Inter’s defense under Milan Skriniar. Many times the opportunities from Luis Suarez, Philippe Coutinho, to Ivan Rakitic resulted in nothing.

Blaugrana started the dominance at 83′ by Malcom’s act. The Brasilian player scored the hard kick couldn’t be anticipated by Samir Handanovic. That was the first goal in the Champions League.

Unfortunately, Inter Milan equalized the score by Mauro Icardi’s kick three minutes before the match ended. Both teams must be satisfied sharing the one point.

Speaking after the match, Malcom uttered his intention in the future. The former Bordeaux player wants to prove himself that Barcelona took the right decision by recruiting him.

“My dream at Barca is starting, my dream is to make history and do great things. I have to thank the group for giving me confidence,” Malcom said reported by Marca.

“I want to play more. Every day I train to be able to show that I have the quality to be in this group,” he added.

So far, Ernesto Valverde hasn’t given any chance for Malcom to perform more. The 21-year-old player just scored 114 playing minutes. No wonder, Malcom is now rumored joining AS Roma to get more experience.
