Manchester United are only three players less to chase Liverpool

DBasia.news – Manchester United has continued to improve since the Premier League returned. The legend, Ryan Giggs, was even convinced that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s club would be able to catch up to Liverpool’s current level.
Bruno Fernandes and colleagues appeared on the Premier League stage on Friday (7/17/2020) AM, against Crystal Palace. They successfully reaped a 2-0 victory thanks to the actions of Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial.
These results extended Manchester United’s unbeaten run to 19 matches. Not only that, they also continued to stick to Leicester City, who are ranked 4th.
Clearly, Manchester United have no chance to win the Premier League this season. Because the title has been obtained by Liverpool since a few weeks ago.
This season really shows a great distance between Manchester United and Liverpool. However, seeing the performance of the Red Devils that is increasingly slick, it is possible that they will talk a lot next season.
Ryan Giggs, who now coaches the Wales national team, did not deny the existence of this distance. But he believes that MU can catch up by recruiting three new players in the summer transfer market.
“Character players have come, Fernandes appears to be a leader, he seems to have character. Harry Maguire is the captain. So it’s not a matter of players, but a matter of having a culture and character that can develop,” Giggs told Premier League Production.
“Not just the starting XI, but also the squad and the overall feeling of the club. They are moving in the right direction, but I believe they still need three more players,” he continued.
Bruno Fernandes inspired the revival of Manchester United this season. But the role of the Red Devils trio bomber consisting of Martial, Rashford, and Mason Greenwood should not be forgotten.
“The threat of counterattack that Greenwood, Rashford, Martial and Fernandes have – the running power – and now you can see the decision making and execution of the operands,” he added.
“Backlash, where they have been very strong in the last 19 months, with the added imagination around the penalty box, you can get all types of goals from players like this,” he concluded.
