Mancini Urges Barella Joins Chelsea or Napoli

Nicolo Barella
DBasia.news – Cagliari 21-year-old midfielder, Nicolo Barella, is the target of two big clubs: Chelsea and Napoli. The interests are triggered by his impressive performance this season.
The Blues are still looking for the successor of Cesc Fabregas who joined AS Monaco. The same thing goes to Napoli who are seeking for Napoli’s replacement. Barella has a good profile to support both teams.
Italy national team coach who gave the debut for Barella, Roberto Mancini, suggested the ‘Steven Gerrard of Sardinia’ to develop his career in a big club.
“He is similar to Tardelli, he has room for improvement and if he joins a big club he’s going to further improve,” Mancini urges Barella as cited by Calciomercato.
Chelsea are really serious in signing him after getting the recommendation from Maurizio Sarri. However, Chelsea management won’t fulfill the fee asked by Cagliari, 50-60 million euro.
