Milan-Genoa Relationship Makes It Difficult for West Ham to Sign Piatek

Krzysztof Piatek is one of the hot commodities in the 2019 winter transfer market. His impressive performance with Genoa makes him as the target of some Europe clubs.

AC Milan are serious in pursuing him. I Rossoneri believe Piatek is the answer for their front line crisis.

Unfortunately, AC Milan have no budget to sign Piatek. Luckily, they have a good relationship with Genoa. Il Griffone promised they would refuse all the offers while waiting for AC Milan.

In fact, West Ham are ready to pay 40 million euro (Rp647 billion). Unfortunately, the promise has been made verbally to AC Milan. So, West Ham must wait at least until next week to sign Piatek.

AC Milan Sporting Director Leonardo would meet the club owner on Friday (18/1). Leonardo hopes the new club owner would give the budget to sign Piatek.

If they won’t do it, AC Milan must let him go. West Ham are ready to sign the Polish striker.
