DBasia.news – Persela Lamongan failed to keep the 2-0 dominance of PSMS Medan on the 23rd week of Liga 1 couple times ago. Went ahead 2-0 by Loris Arnaud and Fahmi Al Ayyubi goals, Persela Lamongan got defeated 2-3.
Persela coach, Aji Santoso, felt unfair with the referee’s decision. “Basically, the referee teased us. The coach needs to develop his leadership,” Aji said.
One of the examples was the foul of PSMS back, Danie Pratama to Diego Assis in front of PSMS penalty box.
Despite the punishment, the referee gave the free kick for the host instead. In fact, from the recording, Danie headbutted Diego and he collapsed.
The second incident that made Aji mad to the referee was the penalty kick for his team. In fact, in the recording, there was no effort from Persela players to tangle the leg to Legimin Raharjo.
In contrary, Legimin who did the diving tangled his leg to Persela’s back in purpose.
“I can’t understand it, Diego Assis got hit, the referee said it was Diego’s foul. The second one, the penalty was hallucinating, it’s a shame,” Aji complained.
Despite the two other goals of PSMS, for Aji, the penalty has dropped the players’ confidence. Moreover, after Diego left the pitch due to severe head injury.
