Piolo Mutes the Issue of Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s Transfer
By db-admin
DBasia.news – AC Milan coach, Stefano Pioli did not want to say much when asked about the transfer of Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
AC Milan is one of the clubs that want to get Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s services. The Swede can be brought in for free after his contract expires at LA Galaxy in December 2019.
Aside from Milan, Ibra also attracted Napoli, Bologna, Tottenham Hotspur, and Manchester United. The Rossoneri are said to have met Ibra’s agent, Mino Raiola, to negotiate.
When asked about the news of Ibra’s return, Pioli was reluctant to speak. The coach claimed he could only focus on AC Milan’s results.
“The journalists prefer the international break than us. Zlatan Ibrahimovic is a great champion, but I only focus on the standings,” explained Pioli.
“Our job is to think of Napoli. It will be a difficult match against a team built to compete for the Scudetto. We will play in front of 60,000 people who will support us.”
