DBasia.news –   Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) must be satisfied to share numbers with AS Monaco after only managed to draw 3-3 in the match held on Sunday (1/12/2020). PSG had to settle for bringing home one point due to a controversial equalizer from Monaco’s Islam Slimani.

In this match, PSG has excelled first since the game went three minutes through Neymar. AS Monaco reversed their position through Gelson Martins and Wissam Ben Yedder.

PSG equalized thanks to an own goal by Fede Toure. Neymar put Les Parisiens back ahead three minutes before the end of the first half.

AS Monaco created the third goal 20 minutes before the fight was over. Islam Slimani scored after being thought of being caught offside first.

Thanks to VAR, the referee endorsed Slimani’s Islamic goal some time ago. The referee thinks Marquinhos plays the ball first before Slimani gets the ball.

After the match, Thomas Tuchel felt confused by the passing of the Slijmani Islamic goal. Tuchel claimed he no longer understood the offside rules.

“The third goal? I do not understand about it. Really? Why is it not offside? Everyone said about the new rules. After that, I did not understand the offside rules,” he added.

These results do not change the position of PSG as the peak of Ligue 1 2019-2020. Les Parisiens have 46 points, five ahead of Marseille in second place.
