RB Salzburg striker pass through Raul and Kylian Mbappe’s record
By db-admin
DBasia.news – RB Salzburg striker, Erling Braut Haaland, again broke the record when playing against Napoli in the Champions League.
In the continuation of the fourth match of the Champions League group E, Napoli drew 1-1 against Salzburg at San Paolo on Wednesday (06/11) early morning Western Indonesian Time. Salzburg took the lead ahead of Haaland’s penalty in the 11th minute, before being equalized by Hirving Lozano in the 43rd minute.
Both teams are equally keeping the hope of escaping from the Champions League group E phase. Under Liverpool who won nine points, there are Napoli (eight points), Salzburg (four points) and Genk (one point). Salzburg is still competing for the last 16 of the Champions League.
Also, Haaland is the Champions League top scorer with a score of seven goals in four matches – the same as Mislav Orsic’s goals (Dinamo Zagreb’s striker). The note carved history for Haaland.
Quoted from OptaJoe, the 19-year-old striker has now become the youngest striker with the highest goal level in the Champions League. Haaland, with seven goals, passed Raul and Kylian Mbappe (six goals).
The former Molde striker became the fourth player in history to always score in four early Champions League appearances, after Ze Carlos, Alessandro Del Piero, and Diego Costa. This of course increased the interest of big European clubs in him.
As is known, Alf-Inge Haaland’s son was estimated by Real Madrid, Barcelona, and Manchester United. Haaland once expressed his desire to play in England, although recently he was embarrassed rumored to leave from Salzburg.
“I had dreams of playing for the best club in the world throughout life and especially I like English football,” said Haaland, reported by ESPN.
“What they (the media) wrote is boring. I feel bored right now. From 1-10, my current level of boredom is at 9.9.” he continued recently.
