By news-admin

DBasia.news – Real Madrid supporters are still anxious about their beloved club. El Real hasn’t invited any star player to replace Cristiano Ronaldo who left for Juventus.

So far, the new recruits aren’t the one with the high profile in Europe. They are Andriy Lunin, Vinicius Junior, and Alvaro Odriozola. The latter was just introduced by Madrid along with the presence of Madrid’s president, Florentino Perez.

Odriozola came from Real Sociedad with €30M and an additional €5M. He will wear number 19 jersey compete with right back of the club, Dani Carvajal.

Perhaps Odriozola’s move was Julen Lopetegui’s direct request, Madrid coach who formerly trained him in Spain national team. Perez welcomed Odriozola and emphasized that he is now joining the most demanding club in the world.

Odriozola has chosen to come to the most demanding club,” he said to reporters.

“He will never forget that Real Madrid never gives up and here we want you to be happy,” said Perez to Odriozola.

“This is the dream and the great challenge of your career, thank you for choosing us. We have a great squad that is going to be reinforced with fantastic players, and Alvaro was clear about where he wanted to play.”

Los Blancos is facing a great pressure during the 2018/2019 season. Besides the demand to get all the trophies, Madrid was the former Champions League winner for three consecutive years, and also starting a new era without Ronaldo and Zinedine Zidane.
