Roma Are Lazy to Run
By news-admin
AS Roma
DBasia.news – AS Roma stay in the 18th rank of the kilometers distance. Following after them, there are Udinese and Sampdoria. The coach Eusebio Di Francesco admitted that before the match against AC Milan. “We ran just as much as they did but we didn’t run well.”
Roma always perform better in the second round. It means, physical matter is not an issue, but it’s more about the running quality. In the three initial matches of Serie A, the Capitoline Wolf just reached 106,192 km, far from Bologna in the first position with 115,143 km.
Indeed, quantity is not enough, they also need quality in running. Let’s say Juventus, in the 13th position with average 107,978 km for every match but they are very effective and gained the full point.
The problem is, Roma are also left behind the rival teams for the same target (Champions League zone) like Milan 113,797 km every match, FC Internazionale 110,748 every match, Lazio 110,355, and Napoli 106,708.
The individual report is also worrying. The highest distance is gained by Daniele De Rossi (10,944 km), the 45th position in Serie A. Compare it to Marcelo Brozovic (12,289) or Roberto Gagliardini (12,266) in Inter, Franck Kessie (12,115) in Milan, Blaise Matuidi (11,446) in Juventus, and Lucas Leiva (11,429) in Lazio.
