Sadio Mane annoyed with Jurgen Klopp Regarding Ballon D’Or

DBasia.news – Sadio Mane is reportedly unhappy with the attitude of Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp over the last Ballon d’Or. This reinforces the rumor of Mane moving to Real Madrid.

The Liverpool striker failed to make it into the top three of the 2019 Ballon d’Or finalists, which was held in Paris in November last year. Barcelona superstar, Lionel Messi emerged victorious, while Mane finished fourth far behind team-mate, Virgil van Dijk who was runner-up.

Klopp openly chose to support Van Dijk to win the award. According to France Football reports, Klopp’s actions has upset Mane.

This claim arises amid heavy speculation that Mane is Madrid’s main target in the next transfer window. Reportedly, Los Blancos is ready to pour 150 million pounds to bring in Mane after coach Zinedine Zidane put the Senegalese at the top of the game list.

Even though Mane’s official price will change due to the corona virus pandemic.

Mane’s contract with Liverpool will continue until the summer of 2023. However, Mane is believed to be in Merseyside temporarily.

“Whether he will stay, it depends on many things. I do not know what his decision is at this time. Maybe you can change your mind in a year or two,” said Mane’s compatriot, Keita Balde recently.

“I don’t think he wants to be at Liverpool forever. He is a smart kid and knows what is best for him, what he has to do.”
