Sadio Mane Successfully Conducted the Surgery

DBasia.news – Liverpool announced the delighting news to their supporters. The Reds reported that the hand surgery of Sadio Mane was successful. He will be in the recovery period under the control of the club.

Liverpool supporters got a bad news recently. Mane, one of their important players in the attacking line, had a thumb fracture during the training with Senegal national team.

It worried The Reds. Apparently, Mane performed impressively in the 2018/2019 season so far. In total, he collected 4 goals from 11 matches of all competitions.

Luckily, the club moved fast to handle the star. He went home to England and had the surgery to make him recover fast.

“The surgery, conducted at a north-west hospital and supervised by club medics, was successful,” the Liverpool statement said.

However, it’s unknown when the 26-year-old player will be back on the pitch. He will pass the moment when Jurgen Klopp squad have the Premier League match against Huddersfield Town at Kirklees Stadium on Saturday (20/10).

“Mane’s recovery will be monitored over the next couple of days,” they added.

Mane is predicted to play when Liverpool have the next Champions League match against FK Crvena Zvezda at Anfield Stadium on Thursday (25/10).
