Spalletti Isn’t Interested in Training AC Milan
By db-admin
DBasia.news – Luciano Spalletti said he was not interested in becoming AC Milan’s coach. The former Inter Milan coach even suggested that the club nicknamed the Rossoneri retain Marco Giampaolo.
A series of minor results made the Rossoneri repeat the worst start in Serie A that occurred in 1938. Milan are now in 16th position with 6 points and only 1 point ahead of Genoa in the relegation zone.
The situation has led to speculation that Marco Giampaolo’s position as coach is being threatened. In fact, recently names that are believed to replace him have emerged. Among them, Claudio Ranieri, Rudi Garcia, Andriy Shevchenko, and Claudio Ranieri.
Being one of the candidates believed to be a successor to Giampaolo, Spalletti gave his response. He claimed not to be interested in this possibility.
“The news is not true, I’m tied to Inter,” Spalletti said.
“Let Giampaolo work, he is a rising coach in Italian football. I quit football because Inter took me out,” he said.
