The Form of Pep Guardiola’s support to Maurizio Sarri

DBasia.news –  Ahead of the 2018-19 League Cup final between Manchester City and Chelsea at Wembley, Pep Guardiola, manager of Man City, gave his support to Maurizio Sarri who is currently publicly highlighted.

The exciting duel will be presented at Wembley Stadium in the top flight of the English League Cup. Manchester City will serve Chelsea in the match.

The party became interesting because Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri was threatened with dismissal. The Blues’ slumped performance in the last few games was the reason.

Many Chelsea supporters have asked management to dismiss Maurizio Sarri. Some names floated as Sarri officials, such as Zinedine Zidane and Frank Lampard.

Even so, Pep Guardiola defended Maurizio Sarri. The Spanish manager believes that Chelsea should be behind Sarri.

“I was surprised when Antonio Conte was rumored to be fired after winning the Premier League, even though it was only two or three months away,” said Pep Guardiola.

“When it came to Manchester City, I worked with Ferran Soriano and Txiki Begiristain. I had difficulty in the first season and they gave me time.”

“When we won 6-0 against Chelsea, I considered Maurizio Sarri to do some extraordinary things. I spoke with staff, and they agreed,” added Pep Guardiola.

Incidentally, Pep Guardiola and   Maurizio Sarri have the same teacher. Both are admirers of the legendary Italian coach, Arrigo Sacchi.
