Three Players and Valencia Staff Positive for Covid-19

DBasia.news –  The positive number of Covid-19 victims in the Valencia squad is increasing. Now, there are five people who were declared infected with the Corona virus. Previously, Ezequiel Garay confirmed positive for Covid-19 on his Instagram account. The Valencia defender became Covid-19’s first positive player at the Spanish LaLiga.

So far, Valencia is the LaLiga club with the most corona virus victims. The first player known to the public suffering from the disease was Ezequiel Garay. In fact, the defender is suffering from a long injury.

Furthermore, news that developed state that there were a number of Valencia players who were also infected by the corona virus. This was confirmed by Eliaquim Mangala in his social media account. The defender said he was isolating himself.

“I know realized I am positive for corona virus today. Right now, I feel sick and I have no symptoms related to the virus. However, I am locked up at home and had no contact with my family,” explained Mangala.

“I learned we can carry viruses without symptoms, that’s why I advise everyone to follow the steps of isolation and avoid contact with others, as much as possible, even if you feel well.”

Spain is indeed one of the countries with the most cases of corona virus. Not surprisingly, the league body has decided to postpone the LaLiga.

“If everyone respects these instructions, together we will avoid spreading as much as possible and fight not to transmit them to people, who may have incriminating symptoms,” Mangala continued.

Furthermore, the latest news said, besides Garay and Mangala, Valencia left back, Jose Gaya, also contracted the corona virus. Meanwhile, Paco Camarasa and Juan Aliaga who are club staff also suffered the same fate.
