By db-admin
DBasia.news – Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly eyeing young Barcelona player, Lucas de Vega. The Lilywhites’ opportunity to bring in de Vega is wide open.
As reported in the Spanish newspaper, Barcelona is considered ready to release Lucas de Vega in this transfer activity. However, the price that must be paid by Tottenham to secure Vega to North London is 7 million pounds.
Reported by Tribal Football, Wednesday (2/9) Tottenham practically had to make a new offer from 2 million pounds, to 3.6 million pounds with an initial payment.
Although he has not been in the spotlight, De Vega was impressive when he was on loan last season at Cartegena.
Meanwhile, the midfielder actually has a release clause of around 90 million pounds even though he has never appeared with the Los Azulgrana first team.
On the other hand, Tottenham will have to make decisions faster if they want to increase their offer for De Vega. The reason is, a number of other clubs such as Sporting Gijon, Malaga and Real Zaragoza are interested in signing the 20-year-old player.
