Two Important Things from Liverpool’s Victory Against PSG According to Klopp

DBasia.news – Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp said his team have two keys contributing to the 3-2 victory of Paris Saint-Germain during the opening Group C qualification match in Champions League at Anfield Stadium, Liverpool, Wednesday.

Those two things are the good organization and big heart as the important concern of the defense, also decisive for PSG’s winning who performed in sync for all line.

“It was good, really good in all departments pretty much. It is so difficult to defend them, but we did,” Klopp said after the match, quoted by Liverpool’s official website.

 

“Good organization and a big heart is always a good combination for defending,” he added.

Klopp mentioned that 11 players on the pitch were important in building the defense throughout the match.

“A good performance against an outstandingly strong opponent; it was necessary we played good,” Klopp said.

Both teams showed the interactive performance throughout the match.

Liverpool almost lose three points when the goals from Daniel Sturridge and James Milner were compensated with goals from Thomas Meunier and Kylian Mbappe.

However, Roberto Firmino who once doubted, became the hero thanks to his goal at 90’+1′.
