Unknown Journalist Joined Ballon d’Or Voting

DBasia.news – Ballon d’Or awarding night has ended and Luka Modric is the winner. But, there’s a negative rumor along with the Croatian player.

Apparently, there was a voter with doubted credibility. The Comoros media Albalad Comoros is no longer exist. The journalist, Abdou Boina, is apparently no longer working there.

The first allegation came from Toimimou Abdou who admitted that Albalad Comoros has been closed six years ago. Abdou was the former journalist there.

“I am surprised to see that the daily Albalad Comoros exists. In this body, there has never been a reporter named ‘Abdou Boina’,” he said.

“That I know and this is the reality: This newspaper is closed for almost six years,” Abdou continued.

Regarding this controversy, Comoro football federation representative Fayssoile Moussa said that there was a misunderstanding. He thinks Boina is the official representative of his country regardless of the media.

“I can understand that the Comoran juror, Abdou Boina, is a freelance journalist or a consultant. But that he is presented as coming from the daily Albalad Comoros is contempt of the country especially when France Football presents the country with a flag which does not exist for 17 years,” Moussa explained.

Recently, it’s known Boina supported Kylian Mbappe as the winner of Ballon d’Or this year. Next, he entered the name of Luka Modric and Cristiano Ronaldo.
