Vidal Joins Barcelona

DBasia.news – Barcelona finished the transfer of Arturo Vidal from Bayern Munchen. Blaugrana tied Vidal in three-season-contract.

“FC Barcelona and FC Bayern Munich have reached an agreement for the transfer of player Arturo Vidal. The agreement with Arturo Vidal is for the next three seasons and is pending medical review that the player will pass in the coming days,” read a statement on Barca’s official website.

“FC Barcelona will soon inform of the arrival of the player and the agenda of the presentation,” the statement continued.

Arturo Vidal thanked Bayern Munchen. The Chile player is ready to face a new challenge with Barcelona.

“Thanks to Bayern and all the fans. I really enjoyed my time in Munich,” Vidal told Bayern’s website as his departure was announced. “I would like to thank the club for giving me another chance to take on a new challenge in Barcelona,” Arturo Vidal continued.

Arturo Vidal is Barcelona’s fourth recruitment in the 2018 summer transfer market. Previously, Blaugrana got Arthur, Malcom, and Clement Lenglet.

Barcelona paid an affordable price to get Arturo Vidal. The 31-year-old player was recruited with 20 million euro (Rp335 billion) price tag.
