Want Modric? Here’s How Much Inter Should Pay

DBasia.news – Real Madrid president Florentino Perez warned Inter Milan who want to get Luka Modric. According to Perez, I Nerazzurri have to spend 750 million euro (Rp12,5 trillion) to recruit Modric.
The statement also confirmed Luka Modric’s future with Real Madrid. Moreover, Modric performed excellently during the 2018 World Cup.
As a captain, Luka Modric led the Croatia national team to the final round of 2018 Asian Games. Unfortunately, Croatia national team failed to get the World Cup trophy.
Luka Modric’s impressive performance made Inter Milan interested even more. La Beneamata expected the good relation with Real Madrid will benefit them.
Moreover, Real Madrid wanted to release Cristiano Ronaldo at a relatively affordable price. Inter Milan hoped Los Blancos will do the same thing for Luka Modric.
However, the situation is different between Cristiano Ronaldo and Luka Modric. Ronaldo stated that he wanted to leave Real Madrid in January 2018.
Responding to Inter Milan’s interest, Perez confirmed that he won’t sell Luka Modric outside the release clause which is 750 million euro.
“The only possibility that Modric leaves is by paying €750 million,” Perez told reporters,” Perez answered to Inter Milan’s interest question.
Besides, Luka Modric is still enjoying his time playing for Real Madrid. The 32-year-old midfielder has the contract in Santiago Bernabeu until June 2020.
