Wanting to create History, Lucas Paqueta refuses to Leave AC Milan
By db-admin
DBasia.news – Brazilian midfielder, Lucas Paqueta admitted that he had no thought of leaving AC Milan in the near future. The 22-year-old midfielder has the ambition to create history with Rossonerri.
In recent months, Paqueta is rumored to be ready to be released by AC Milan. The 22-year-old player is often linked with big teams like Paris Saint-Germain, Fiorentina and Juventus.
“AC Milan is my new home.” I certainly hope that I will continue to be able to play here and show my best performance to be a part of the club’s long history,” Lucas Paqueta said as quoted by Italian Football.
“I am happy to be a part of AC Milan. Besides that, I also really like the food and the Italian language. However, I still miss my family and friends in Brazil, “added Paqueta.
This season, Paqueta has not always been the Rossonerri’s first choice. He was only able to achieve nine appearances as a starter. Paqueta also has more motivation to return to being the first choice in the rest of the season.
“I feel happy in Italy and hope to get more opportunities to play. I want to be able to give the best performance to help the team win, “said Paqueta.
Paqueta was transported by Rossonerri from Flamengo in January 2019 with a tag of 38 million Euros. However, Paqueta has not managed to show his best ability as he only scored one goal and three assists from 36 parties.
