Zinedine Zidane Comments Raheem Sterling Issues to Real Madrid

DBasia.news – Responding to rumors of leaving Manchester City winger, Raheem Sterling, to Real Madrid, Zinedine Zidane spoke up.
“I can’t talk about players who don’t belong to me,” Zidane said at Soccerway.
“But Raheem Sterling is a very good player. There is no doubt,” Zidane added.
Sterling previously praised Madrid as a “fantastic club”. This heats up the rumors of the player going to Madrid ahead of the 2020 summer transfer market. Moreover, the existence of a ban on appearing in European competition received by City, because it violates the Financial Fair Play (FFP).
In addition, Zidane does need an agile winger figure like Sterling, to replace the role of Gareth Bale who was rumored to be heading towards the exit of the Santiago Bernabeu. Zidane himself was reluctant to talk much about the interests of his team. But, he did not cover up the fact as an admirer of the 25-year figure.
Raheem Sterling himself has defended City in 35 matches in all competitions this season. He also contributed 20 goals and six assists. Currently, the former Liverpool player is injured and cannot strengthen The Citizens against Leicester City at the weekend.
The Madrid are now at the top of the La Liga standings. Los Blancos are one point ahead of Barcelona at the bottom.
