DBasia.news – AC Milan are facing their progress at the beginning of 2022 with optimism. The injury storm that the Rossoneri had faced is now gradually disappearing.
Milan’s pace in the first half of the 2021-2022 Serie A did falter. It can not be separated from the many key players who were absent.
Milan also had to close the first half by being in second place. Stefano Pioli’s side are four points behind Inter Milan as winter champions.
But Milan had the opportunity to step on the pedal at the start of the second round. That was after a number of key players who had been injured had fully trained.
Names such as Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Rafael Leao, Ante Rebic, to Davide Calabria are included in this list. They are ready to appear when Milan host AS Roma in the 2021-2022 Serie A continuation, Friday (7/1) morning WIB.
Ibrahimovic, Leao and Calabria have devoured all of Milan’s first training sessions after the new year without any major problems. While Rebic is still absent in several sessions.
The presence of these names will increase Milan’s pounding power in the match against Roma. The three points are certainly the target of Il Diavolo Rosso to put pressure on Inter.
Unfortunately, Milan appeared without three other key players. Fode Ballo-Toure, Franck Kessie, and Ismael Bennacer were absent as they had to defend their country in the African Cup of Nations.
