AC Milan Targets Sevilla Striker
By news-admin
Luis Muriel
DBasia.news – AC Milan prioritize to sign the new striker ahead of the winter transfer market on January 2019. Rossoneri are targeting Sevilla bomber, Luis Muriel, after the failure to sign Zlatan Ibrahimovic from Los Angeles Galaxy.
SportMediaset, Marca, and Football Italia reported Milan want to sign Muriel as the loan-player with the permanent option worth 12 million euro. But, Milan have the flexibility to sign him permanently or not, without the obligation to buy him.
Muriel, 27, is no strange in Serie A because he has been scoring 43 goals and 33 assists from 165 Serie A matches with Udinese and Sampdoria.
The Colombian striker joined Sevilla from Sampdoria during summer 2017 worth 21,6 million euro. This season, Muriel got only a few chances to play in LaLiga and only played 6 matches.
Muriel could be the alternative solution for Milan after failing to sign Ibra, who signed his contract renewal with LA Galaxy for the Major League Soccer (MLS) in 2019. He could be the competitive rival for Gonzalo Higuain and Patrick Cutrone.
