AC Milan’s Alternative if Failing to Recruit Angel Correa

Angel Correa
DBasia.news – AC Milan are still looking for players to maximize the scheme that the coach, Marco Giampaolo, is trying to carry out. Latest, they are eyeing Atletico Madrid player, Angel Correa.
The Argentine player was considered to be the ideal figure to become the second striker in a 4-3-1-2 formation used by Giampaolo with Milan. But the costs that need to be spent by Milan to bring Correa to the San Siro is quite high.
Milan claimed it was necessary to spend 40 million euros (plus bonus) to recruit Correa, however, the plan was hampered after they failed to release Andre Silva to AS Monaco.
According to reports from Football Italia, the failure to bring Angel Correa has made the Rossoneri management find an alternative to strengthen their front lines. Currently the player who is included in their target is AS Monaco player, Keita Balde Diao.
The 24-year-old player has experience in Serie A after defending Lazio in 2013 until 2017. Keita Balde Diao has also been a key player in Inter Milan when defending the Nerazzurri as a loan player throughout the 2018/19 season.
