DBasia.news – The series of injury in AC Milan is getting longer. Recently, their midfielder, Hakan Calhanoglu, also experienced the same thing.
Calhanoglu’s injury happened in the match between Turkey against Sweden in the UEFA Nations League. Despite he could continue the match until the end, he must be under intensive medical care afterward.
The initial diagnosis mentioned the former Bayer Leverkusen player got an ankle injury.
Previouslu, Milan also lost Mattia Caldara, Giacomo Bonaventura, Lucas Biglia, Mateo Musacchio, and the captain, Alessio Romagnoli due to injuries.
The absence of prominent players makes the coach Gennaro Gattuso confused in developing the tactic.
To fill the vacant of Calhanoglu’s position, Gattuso will place Fabio Borini or Samu Castillejo.
