DBasia.news – Manchester City have reportedly reached an agreement with Tottenham Hotspur to sign England striker Harry Kane. The former Leicester City striker is valued at 187 million euros.

Harry Kane has been a part of Tottenham Hotspur since he was in the age group. The Lilywhites continued to keep the striker up until he broke into the first team this season.

Gradually, Kane became the focus of Tottenham in gaining goals. From 336 games, the 27 year old striker recorded 225 goals and 61 assists.

Unfortunately, Kane has never won any titles while defending Tottenham. Therefore, the former Millwall player wants to leave this season. Kane openly expressed his wish.

The choice was read by Manchester City as an opportunity. Currently, The Citizens are looking for a new striker to replace Sergio Aguero who moved to Barcelona. Man City also wants to continue to strengthen the team with first-class players.

Reportedly, Kane is interested in Manchester City. However, Tottenham are not that easy in giving approval. The owner, Daniel Levy, wants to keep his flagship player.

However, Manchester City’s money has done the talking. Based on The Sun’s report, Tottenham finally agreed to sell Kane for 187 million euros, or around Rp. 3.18 trillion. Meanwhile, Kane will earn around 16 million euros per season.

Harry Kane is still on vacation

Meanwhile, Harry Kane is still on vacation after defending the England national team at the 2020 European Cup. Kane failed to bring The Three Lions to victory after being beaten by Italy in the top match.

In addition, Kane had received a lot of criticism after a goal drought in the group stage. Then, the striker’s performance improved in the knockout stages by producing four goals.
