Ajax coach doesn’t want to lose Van de Beek
By news-admin
DBasia.news – Ajax Amsterdam threatened to lose one more player after Donny van de Beek was reportedly targeted by the Spanish giant, Real Madrid.
Hearing the news, Ajax’s coach, Erik ten Hag, spoke up. He insisted he did not want to lose his star player again. Instead of wanting to see his flagship midfielder leave, Ten Hag made sure that Van de Beek would be included in the squad.
“He came here with us and he will play. There was no talk about his future and I did not see any signs of leaving,” said the coach.
“He will be with us and return to the match on August 13 in Amsterdam. I made sure he was there and played for us,” continued Erik ten Hag.
Van de Beek’s contract is still three years away. But that did not rule out for himself to leave.
