DBasia.news – Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri felt that his team still made too many mistakes despite the almost-perfect start of the 2018-2019 season after the victory of Manchester United.
Juventus won 1-0 over Man United in the Group H match Champions League thanks to the first goal from Paulo Dybala at Old Trafford Stadium.
Allegri’s squad just lost the point in Serie A this season during the draw match against Genoa recently, but Juve head coach demanded more from his team.
“It was a good team performance and we deserved the victory,” Allegri said after the match.
“We controlled the tempo in the first half and had chances to score more goals,” he said.
“We still make too many mistakes on the final ball, as we had so many more chances and half-chances that we didn’t develop properly,” he added.
Besides, Allegri answered diplomatically regarding the rumor that Juventus will be the winner of the Champions League.
“There has been a constant growth process throughout the team and the club,” Allegri said.
