DBasia.news – Juventus returned to their winning ways after defeating Salernitana in the 2021-2022 Serie A continuation. This result became Massimiliano Allegri’s weapon to answer rumors of conflict in the changing room.

In a match that took place at the Allianz Stadium, Sunday (20/3), Juventus defeated Salernitana with a score of 2-0. The addition of three points made the Bianconeri even stronger in the top four.

Juventus immediately stepped on the pedal from the start of the match. Paulo Dybala was able to open the scoring in the fifth minute using Dusan Vlahovic’s pass.

Juventus doubled their lead in the 29th minute. This time it was Vlahovic’s turn to list his name on the scoreboard.

The hosts had a number of other golden opportunities. But the score of 2-0 remained until the game was over.

This victory became a positive response for the Juventus squad after being tragically eliminated from the Champions League. Moreover, later rumors circulated that Allegri’s relationship with a number of players had deteriorated.

Allegri firmly denied the rumors. However, he did not deny that there were differences of opinion with his players.

“The relationship with Paulo (Dybala) and all the players is good. There have been some exchanges of opinion, I’ve always been a bit direct, but I’m like this for the good of the players,” Allegri told DAZN.

“They have my trust and admiration.”

Dybala is indeed referred to as one of the players involved in a disagreement with Allegri. He questioned the coach’s policy regarding training patterns.

However, their relationship is not as bad as imagined. Dybala’s appearance as a starter is proof of a good relationship with Allegri.

Even so, Allegri admitted that he was worried that his failure to qualify for the Champions League would carry over to the match against Salernitana. Luckily Dybala was able to score a quick goal and relieve the nervousness.

“We took an aggressive start, because there was a risk of tension. Nobody expected us to exit Europe like that,” he added.

“We were a bit more tired after the break but the important thing was to get the win. Now for the first time we are four points adrift of second place.”
