Antonio Conte to Mikel Arteta: Focus, Don’t Complain Too Much

DBasia.news – Tottenham Hotspur coach, Antonio Conte, suggested to Arsenal coach, Mikel Arteta. That he should be more focused than many complaints.

Tottenham Hotspur won an important victory in the North London derby against Arsenal. Appearing at home, The Lilywhites closed the game with a three-goal advantage without reply. Tottenham’s goalscorers are Harry Kane (2) and Son Heung-min.

Mikel Arteta, who saw his team lose, did not take it for granted. He felt, Arsenal lost because Rob Holding got a red card in the middle of the first half.

Arteta revealed that he could not protest too much because he would be banned from accompanying Arsenal for six months.

In response to this, Conte, who is more experienced, gives advice. For him, Arteta had nothing to complain about.

“Mikel Arteta is a very good coach. He has just started doing this job and I hear him complaining a lot,” Conte said as reported by the Mirror.

“He has to focus more on his team and not complain. Because he has just started this job. He has to be calm and try to keep working. Meanwhile, the red card is very clear.”

Next, Tottenham Hotspur will face Burnley in week 37 of the Premier League 2021-2022, Sunday (15/5). The Lilywhites are currently only one point adrift of Arsenal who are in fourth place.

“We have to recover well because we will play on Sunday against the team that beat us. I was very clear with the players to enjoy and celebrate in the right way. This victory will be important,” said Conte.
