Arsenal Wins the FA Cup, Mikel Arteta’s proof towards the Gunners

DBasia.news – Arsenal coach, Mikel Arteta, gave appreciation for his team after winning the FA Cup 2019-2020 season. Arsenal successfully lifted the FA Cup trophy after a 2-1 win over Chelsea in the final that took place at Wembley Stadium, London, England, Saturday (1/8/2020) AM.

Arsenal won the FA Cup after toppling Chelsea at the top match. The two goals from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has made Christian Pulisic’s goal meaningless.

It was Mikel Arteta’s inaugural title as manager at Arsenal. Arteta became the first manager to win a trophy in his debut season at Arsenal since George Graham did it in the 2986-1987 season.

“I am very proud of what we have achieved because I know the difficulties we went through,” Arteta said as reported by the BBC.

“For me personally, it has been challenging for the past six months with a lot of things happening in our lives. However, I only have one mission when it comes to making the players and staff believe we can do it.”

“We have to change the energy and mentality. That can be realized only by seeing them in the locker room together, enjoying time together, and being proud of the profession they are undergoing. After that, we can achieve various things and win titles together.”

Mikel Arteta replaced Unai Emery in December last year. Arteta came after leaving the post as assistant to Pep Guardiola at Manchester City.
