By db-admin
DBasia.news – Mikel Arteta is now Arsenal’s manager. The Spanish manager was said to be the figure who can restore the Gunners’ energy.
In the last few seasons, Arsenal have been lackluster in the hunt for the English League title. The north London team has finished three seasons without breaking into the top four.
This season, Arsenal are also still not impressive. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, et al still stuck in ninth position with 40 points.
Since Arteta’s arrival, Arsenal have had 15 matches. The result, there were 8 wins by Arsenal, five draws and two losses.
Former Arsenal player, Patrick Vieira, said he was happy with the impact presented by Arteta.
“When you are a Gunner, you are always a Gunner, so I always watch them all the time. I see their matches,” Vieira said at Omnisport.
“What’s really interesting with Arteta is that he brings back energy and it looks like they are playing for the club, but the manager is too, and I think it’s very important,” he added.
