Barcelona Deny Want Neymar Back

DBasia.news – Barcelona President Josep Maria Bartomeu insisted that his club don’t have any plan to recruit Neymar back to Camp Nou after the exit to PSG in 2017.

Bartomeu denied that the Paris Saint-Germain star, Neymar, will return to the LaLiga champion club.

Neymar left Barcelona for the Ligue 1 giant, PSG, as the most expensive player with 222 million euro transfer fee in 2017.

However, the Brasil international star is rumored by the sensational transfer back to Camp Nou.

Previously, Neymar was rumored to move to Real Madrid before the World Cup, meanwhile, the return to Barca was trending when coach Ernesto Valverde refused to put aside the transfer.

But, Bartomeu insisted that Barcelona aren’t interested to recruit the 26-year-old player, who has been scoring 8 goals in Ligue 1 match or 11 goals in all competitions.

“Neymar left and is not expected to return to Barca, there are no plans to bring him back,” Bartomeu said.

“No one is scheduled to be signed in January unless we are told something that would see a change in plans,” he said.
