DBasia.news – David Beckham is doing his best to persuade Olivier Giroud for the striker to be willing to join Inter Miami.
The 34-year-old player was getting frustrated. He has only appeared five times in the Premier League this season and has yet to start. The player is only manager Frank Lampard’s third choice this season after Timo Werner and Tammy Abraham.
Therefore, he is considering leaving Stamford Bridge in January or at the end of the season.
Inter Milan are still interested in signing Giroud, while AC Milan is also reportedly pleased, but Beckham is still keen on wanting him to have a career in MLS in the United States.
According to The Sun, the Manchester United legend is willing to offer Giroud an apartment worth 4 million pounds or Rp. 75 billion in the Porsche Design Tower, the city of Miami. It is the same building where Lionel Messi has a full-story apartment.
Alternatively, Beckham also gave Giroud the option of a mansion on the Sunny Isles Beach.
Previously, Giroud had planned to leave Chelsea in the transfer market last summer. A number of clubs were linked, including Tottenham Hotspur and Marseille.
But he finally decided to stay to spend his remaining contract until June 2021, aka the end of this season.
