British National Preparation Disturbed by Corona Virus

DBasia.news – The England national team face different challenges ahead of the first two matches of the UEFA Nations League in early September. The Three Lions are threatened with poor performance due to the corona virus outbreak.
England who are members of Group 2 of League A will face Iceland and Denmark. The two matches are scheduled to take place on 5th and 8th September.
England national team coach, Gareth Southgate called 24 players to face these two matches. However, one player, Harry Maguire, has been dropped due to a legal case.
Now, the number of players who missed the call is threatened to increase. Southgate is anxiously awaiting the results of the corona virus tests conducted by his players.
Currently the corona virus outbreak is indeed attacking the players competing in the Premier League. A number of names have been infected, the majority of which occur while enjoying the holidays.
Several names called Southgate also have the potential to contract the corona virus. Some are even undergoing independent isolation.
Two names currently undergoing independent isolation are Tammy Abraham and Mason Mount. Meanwhile, Harry Kane, Haary Winks, and Eric Dier were also closely monitored after his Tottenham Hotspur teammate Tanguy N’Dombele tested positive for the corona virus.
The England national team squad will undergo a corona virus test on Saturday (29/8) local time before undergoing a training session two days ago. The fate of the five names above is determined in this test.
At worst, England cannot play the five players. This will certainly reduce the strength of the England national team.
Apart from Britain, a number of other countries are also experiencing similar problems. One of them is the French national team who will appear without Paul Pogba, who is also positive for the corona virus.
