Cesc Fabregas Reveals the reason for his departure from Chelsea

DBasia.news –  Cesc Fabregas, AS Monaco midfielder, revealed the reason for leaving Chelsea. Speaking bluntly, Fabregas claimed to leave Chelsea because Maurizio Sarri chose another player to play in his position.

Cesc Fabregas left Chelsea in the 2019 winter transfer market. Had been linked to AC Milan or returned to La Liga, Fabregas arrived at AS Monaco.

Unfortunately, Cesc Fabregas’ relationship with Maurizio Sarri was not good. The reason, Sarri too worried Jorginho at Chelsea so Fabregas chose to leave.

“At that time, I was at Chelsea and almost extended my contract. To be honest, I felt like staying there at the time,” said Cesc Fabregas.

“Unfortunately, the new manager (Maurizio Sarri) came. He also brought a player who was like his child for him. It’s hard for me to get minutes to play.”

“I want to play, of course. To be honest, I feel happy while still playing for Chelsea. However, I have trouble getting it, for whatever reason,” added Cesc Fabregas.

Cesc Fabregas won four titles in Chelsea’s uniform. The four are two Premier League trophies and one Fa Cup and the English League Cup respectively.
