Chelsea Find It Difficult to Sign Paredes or Barella

Regarding the chance to sign Leandro Paredes to Stamford Bridge, Football Italia reported that the former AS Roma player is the target of Paris Saint-Germain who are seeking the new player to replace Adrien Rabiot that might leave soon due to the internal problem.
