The density of players in the Newcastle United defense has forced Chelsea to rely on crosses. Chelsea’s first chance was obtained only 16 minutes through a header from Willian Borges to welcome Callum Hudson-Odoi’s cross from the left side, but the resulting header was wide.
Three minutes later it was Mason Mount’s turn to get a chance in the penalty box. This time the ball was still able to be stopped goalkeeper, Martin Dubravka. In the 25th minute, it was Joelinton’s turn to threaten Kepa Arrizabalaga’s goal by his header. But the ball still hasn’t met the target.
